REFUND POLICY
Understand our refund and cancellation policies.

Important Notice
Always contact our support team before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact will result in permanent ban. We are here to help resolve any issues!
Eligibility
- •Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase.
- •The license key must NOT have been activated or used.
- •The product must not have been downloaded or accessed.
- •You must provide valid proof of purchase (order ID, payment confirmation).
- •Only ONE refund is allowed per customer.
Refund Process
- •Open a ticket on our Discord server in the #support channel.
- •Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request.
- •Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- •If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- •You will receive a confirmation once the refund is complete.
Timeframe
- •Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- •Processing time: 1-3 business days after approval.
- •PIX refunds: Usually instant after approval.
- •Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
- •Cryptocurrency refunds: 1-3 business days to the original wallet.
Exceptions
- •No refunds if the license has been activated or used.
- •No refunds for accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service.
- •No refunds for game bans or anti-cheat detections (use at your own risk).
- •No refunds after the 24-hour window has passed.
- •No refunds for subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date).
- •No refunds for promotional or discounted purchases.
Chargebacks
- •Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraud.
- •Chargebacks will result in PERMANENT account ban.
- •You will be blacklisted from all future purchases.
- •Your Discord account will be banned from our server.
- •We will provide transaction evidence to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
- •Always contact support first - we are here to help!
