REFUND POLICY

Understand our refund and cancellation policies.

Important Notice

Always contact our support team before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact will result in permanent ban. We are here to help resolve any issues!

Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The license key must NOT have been activated or used.
  • The product must not have been downloaded or accessed.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order ID, payment confirmation).
  • Only ONE refund is allowed per customer.

Refund Process

  • Open a ticket on our Discord server in the #support channel.
  • Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is complete.

Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after approval.
  • PIX refunds: Usually instant after approval.
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
  • Cryptocurrency refunds: 1-3 business days to the original wallet.

Exceptions

  • No refunds if the license has been activated or used.
  • No refunds for accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service.
  • No refunds for game bans or anti-cheat detections (use at your own risk).
  • No refunds after the 24-hour window has passed.
  • No refunds for subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date).
  • No refunds for promotional or discounted purchases.

Chargebacks

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraud.
  • Chargebacks will result in PERMANENT account ban.
  • You will be blacklisted from all future purchases.
  • Your Discord account will be banned from our server.
  • We will provide transaction evidence to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Always contact support first - we are here to help!
